Leasing experience in other asset classes (such as office, lab and industrial) and any background in transactional real estate work will be beneficial. Firm is a full-service international law firm with offices in the United States and Europe and over 200 attorneys. Clients range from start-up and emerging growth businesses, to nationally and internationally prominent institutions, including Fortune 500 companies. The firm also assists municipalities and non-profit organizations.
