Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of complex transactional real estate experience. Experience with commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, real estate secured financing transactions for borrowers, transactional due diligence, and commercial leasing is preferred. This Mid-Atlantic firm's clients range from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses to start-ups which include businesses engaged in construction, finance, higher education, health care, insurance, manufacturing, transportation, real estate, securities, and technology, among others. Firm assists clients arrange financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings advising companies and organizations of all size on tax, employment, and real estate matters. Firm has over 150 attorneys in six offices.
