Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of litigation experience for its M&A and Private Equity litigation group. Experience with GAAP, auditing private or public financial statements, and high-stakes disputes is preferred. Firm is a full-service international law firm with offices in the United States and Europe and over 200 attorneys. Clients range from start-up and emerging growth businesses, to nationally and internationally prominent institutions, including Fortune 500 companies. The firm also assists municipalities and non-profit organizations.
