Experience with one or more of the following is preferred: OFAC sanctions, the Export Administration Regulation (EAR), and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). This firm has over 500 attorneys in 15 offices throughout the United States. Firm's attorneys have experience in industries that include entertainment and media, pharmaceuticals and biomedicine, nanotechnology, financial institutions, construction, franchise and real estate. The firm serves national and international clients that include Fortune 500 corporations, start-ups, technology companies and financial institutions.
