Principal areas of practice -- general litigation, creditors' rights and bankruptcy, employment practices, intellectual property, and family law in nine US offices. Clients include companies in the high-tech, manufacturing, chemical, computer, energy, entertainment, consumer products, pharmaceutical and telecommunications industries, as well as major investment banks, hedge funds, private equity firms, commercial banks and regulated utilities.
