Description: Antitrust

Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 4-6 years of antitrust experience, including conducting antitrust due diligence, assessing risks and handling the antitrust review process relating to mergers & acquisition transactions. Experience in handling ?second request? and other government antitrust investigations brought by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), and/or state enforcers is required, as well as the ability to defend acquisitions that are challenged in court. Leading national law firm with five US offices and two overseas. With over 800 attorneys, this 100 + year old firm represents a broad spectrum of industries in corporate law and litigation matters. The firm counsels labor and employment issues, tax and benefits, creditors' rights, and private client services. Clients range from large to small companies and include financial institutions, government agencies, hospitals and health care organizations, colleges and universities, and families and individuals.
