Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-4 years of experience for their Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits practice under the Corporate Transactions Specialist Sub-Group. Must be familiar with public company securities compliance and reporting, including drafting and reviewing various reports such as proxy statements, ?33 Act and ?34 Act disclosure, as well as conducting 280G, 409A and tax analysis. Additional experience in general compensation and benefit plan matters would be welcome.
