Position: Senior Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking a senior associate with 5-7 years of experience in customs and import trade law, including on matters pertaining to: enforcement actions (penalties, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)/U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) investigations, prior disclosures, audits, seizures), strategic customs planning (tariff mitigation strategies, free trade agreements, etc.) and customs litigation. Experience with the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) and Withhold Release Order (WRO) enforcement matters is required. Over 100 attorneys work at this Washington DC firm where the practice focus is tax; benefits/ERISA; healthcare; white collar; federal procurement fraud; international; and related litigation.
