Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 1-4 years of experience in general corporate work, M&A and finance transactions, with an interest in growing a practice in energy transactions, including project development contracts (site control, power purchase agreements, engineering, procurement and construction agreements, supply agreements and/or operations and maintenance agreements). This 100+ year old firm has almost 400 attorneys working in over 10 offices in the NW servicing clients in financial institutions, public and private utilities, energy and renewable energy companies, developers, manufacturers, retailers, hospitals, universities, agribusinesses, software companies, food and beverage companies, charitable foundations, telecommunications and forestry companies, among others.
