Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 2-5 years of patent litigation experience in U.S. District Court and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (post-grant proceedings). A degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, and/or physics. Technology driven firm with global client base in almost a dozen offices and an advanced culture dealing in industry sectors such as life sciences, clean tech, technology, real estate, financial services, retail and energy.
