Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience counseling clients on a broad range of U.S. regulatory issues involving international trade, including exports of controlled goods and services, defense articles and services, and transactions involving sanctioned countries, persons, and entities. Preferred experience includes advising clients (ideally in the technology, life sciences and private equity industries) regarding the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and economic sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). This firm is one of the nation?s fastest growing firms with more than 800 attorneys in 8 offices across the USA. The firm?s core areas of practice are corporate, litigation and real estate, with specialized focus on financial services, private equity, technology, REITs and real estate capital markets, intellectual property, tax and products liability.
