Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 2-3 years of both litigation and bankruptcy experience. Must have substantive experience drafting complaints and motions, conducting discovery, appearing in federal, state and bankruptcy courts, negotiating settlements, and corresponding with opposing counsel and clients Experience in creditors? rights law preferred, including collateral repossession, the Uniform Commercial Code (Articles 2, 2A and 9 in particular), equipment leasing, and commercial finance law. NY bar required, NJ bar preferred. Established in the 50's, this general practice firm based in the Mid-west focuses on three core areas of client service: Corporate, Labor and Employment and Litigation and has growing practice areas beyond. Over 250 attorneys in four offices.
