Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of employee benefits and executive compensation experience. Experience should include: (1) drafting and analyzing equity and non-equity incentive compensation arrangements, deferred compensation arrangements, employment agreements, and severance and change in control arrangements, (2) preparing the compensation and benefits-related portions of securities filings required by the SEC, and (3) identifying and solving executive compensation and benefits related issues that arise in the context of mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and other corporate transactions. This west coast based international law firm has more than 1,000 lawyers who practice in 13 offices.
