Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 1-3 years of trademark experience, including: Assisting clients with both domestic and international trademark and copyright clearance and registration; Enforcing clients' trademarks and copyrights against infringing uses; Advising clients with advertising and promotions issues; Drafting and negotiating licensing agreements; and Advising clients in domain name disputes. Over 400 attorneys in six US offices handle clients that include major national and multinational corporations, educational and research institutions, municipalities and government agencies, nonprofits, charitable organizations, industry executives and high-net-worth individuals. Multi-practice focus centers around agriculture, energy, financial services, healthcare, insurance, pharmaceuticals, real estate and more.
