Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 6-8 years of experience appearing on behalf of employers in litigation before state and federal courts, agencies, and in arbitrations. Experience advising employers on day-to-day labor and employment issues and human resources-related matters is required. This regional law firm was established iprior to WWI and practices include Business and Corporate; Creditors? Rights, Bankruptcy and Reorganization; Labor, Employment and Employee Benefits; Land Use and Environmental; Litigation; Public Law and Municipal Finance; and Trusts and Estates with specialized areas including Mergers and Acquisitions, Public and Private Offerings, Intellectual Property, Municipal Law, Public Law/Public Finance, Environmental Law, Employment Litigation, Business and Securities Litigation and Employee Benefits.
