Notes: This highly regarded Park Ave firm is seeking to bring on a Partner level attorney who brings both trademark and entertainment transactional experience along with a modest book of business ($750K or more). This is a position that will span and cross sell the firm?s sports and entertainment clients with an eye towards succession of one of the main Partner?s clients over the next few years. While your plate will be filled with additional work, the firm does not look (or want) to provide patent prosecution to their clients. The work is less PTO and more TTAB in scope. Firm is ready to interview and hire now.
