Rights, Bankruptcy and Reorganization; Labor, Employment and Employee Benefits; Land Use and Environmental; Litigation; Public Law and Municipal Finance; and Trusts and Estates with specialized areas including Mergers and Acquisitions, Public and Private Offerings, Intellectual Property, Municipal Law, Public Law/Public Finance, Environmental Law, Employment Litigation, Business and Securities Litigation and Employee Benefits.
