Description: Patent Litigation/EE/CS

Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of complex litigation experience IP and technology cases. A degree in electrical or computer engineering, computer science, or other engineering or life sciences is preferred. National law firm of over 225 lawyers (in six locations) that litigates on behalf of large corporations, insurance companies, other businesses and individuals as both plaintiffs and defendants. The firm handles high-stakes, complex litigation as well as a full range of legal services to businesses and clients from Fortune 500 companies to emerging companies and individual entrepreneurs. The firm also handles transactions in industries including advertising, business services, complex real estate transactions, construction, distribution, financial services, health care, high tech, manufacturing, retail, and telecommunications.
