Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, including trial preparation, researching and drafting briefs and investigation reports, leading and managing discovery, preparing for and/or arguing hearings, and preparing for and/or taking depositions or witness interviews. Texas based firm with over 700 lawyers in 7 overseas and 6 domestic offices that began almost 100 years ago. Firm has a wide array of practice areas with a strong presence in M&A and finance.
