Description: Project Finance

Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience in US project development and finance with distributed and utility scale renewable energy projects. Experience required with the principal financing documentation typical in project financings (including purchase agreements, partnership agreements, credit agreements, security and pledge agreements, and depositary agreements) as well as experience with key commercial project documentation (including development agreements, PPAs, EPCs, site control, and interconnection agreements) and related due diligence. This firm has nearly 500 attorneys in seven US locations and one abroad. Clients include entrepreneurs, research scientists, investors, underwriters, directors and officers in start-ups and emerging growth companies, privately held and family businesses, F 500 companies, medical and academic institutions, public agencies and industry associations. Firm's practices focus on Life Sciences, Communications, Information Technology, Retail and Consumer Products, Healthcare and Financial Services.
