Description: Patent Prosecution/EE/CS

Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-10 years of patent prosecution experience. Industry experience preferred. A background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science is required. UPSTO and DC bar required. This national IP boutique has over 80 attorneys in four US offices and is considered one of the top intellectual property firms in the United States. Firm's practices include patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, computer, franchise and unfair competition law. The firm actively engages in the procurement, enforcement and litigation of intellectual property rights throughout the world, including all federal and state agencies, and the distribution of such rights through licensing and franchising. The firm represents businesses in technological fields ranging from automotive manufacturing to lasers, custom catalysts for petrochemical processes to genetically engineered pharmaceuticals, and from consumer electronics to computer control of medical devices.
