Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 2-4 years or real estate transactional experience, including structuring and closing transactions in the areas of commercial real estate finance, acquisition, disposition, leasing and development. Experience representing major commercial and multi-family developers, investors and lenders, with experience in office and industrial leasing is preferred. As the result of a recent merger, this firm now has over 400 lawyers in nine offices from Boston to Washington, D.C. The firm represents businesses, financial institutions, government entities, and individuals in a wide array of practice areas.
