Notes: Firm is seeking as associate with 3-5 years of appellate litigation experience. Experience as a Federal Circuit judicial clerk is preferred, as well as patent bar eligibility. If not patent bar eligible, must have extensive experience with patent appeals. 30+ year old Texas based firm with almost 500 lawyers in more than 35 practice areas and ten offices. Firm's clients include more than 100 Fortune 500 companies, many major foreign companies and large financial institutions.
