Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of public finance experience. Familiarity with the intersection of municipal law and local government finance, including the calling and conduct of meetings of local governments (particularly in Massachusetts) to authorize debt, the calling and conduct of meetings of local elected officials, and the calling and conduct of local elections, is preferred. International law firm with 13 offices worldwide and approximately 650 lawyers serving clients in M&A, complex litigation, regulatory and transactional work.
