Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 2-3 years of experience in both trademark counseling/prosecution and trademark litigation. Work includes development trademark and brand strategies, enforcement of intellectual property rights, and serving as counsel on behalf of clients in federal courts and before the USPTO. Firm is a full-service international law firm with offices in the United States and Europe and over 200 attorneys. Clients range from start-up and emerging growth businesses, to nationally and internationally prominent institutions, including Fortune 500 companies. The firm also assists municipalities and non-profit organizations.
