Notes: Firm is seeking an investment management associate with 3-5 years of experience and familiarity with he Investment Company Act of 1940 (preferably with respect to registered fund structures like mutual funds, ETFs and closed-end funds) and the Investment Adviser Act of 1940. Familiarity with other federal securities laws and SRO rules, broker-dealer regulatory issues, and hedge funds, is preferred. This firm has more than 1,400 lawyers in 22 offices throughout the world. Clients include more than half of the Fortune 100 companies, including each of the top 10 and most of the top 20.
