Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 4-5 years of experience drafting and negotiating design and construction agreements on behalf of owners and contractors on complex development projects, along with knowledge or understanding of insurance, bonding, risk mitigation, and lien law issues. The position will be mostly transactional, but may involve construction litigation as well. Now one of the 100 largest law firms in the world, this full-service firm of more than 600 lawyers has over 20 offices in the United States and internationally.
