Description: Bankruptcy/Restructuring

Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with2-4 years of experience with distressed assets, commercial mortgage backed securities (CMBS) loans, and structured finance litigation. Experience with a variety of sophisticated bankruptcy and commercial litigation issues is preferred, including business torts, contract disputes, liens, foreclosures, receiverships, voidable transfers, claims litigation, adversary cases, cash collateral, or priority disputes 363 proceedings. This Top 100 firm practices in all areas of corporate and business law, complex litigation, intellectual property and government affairs.
