Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience handling legal and compliance aspects of responding to ransomware attacks, business email compromises, cyber incidents and data breaches. Breach experience and an ability to coordinate appropriate vendors, engage and liaise with law enforcement, and identify and confirm compliance with all applicable privacy, cybersecurity, and data breach notification laws is preferred. This Mid-Atlantic firm's clients range from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses to start-ups which include businesses engaged in construction, finance, higher education, health care, insurance, manufacturing, transportation, real estate, securities, and technology, among others. Firm assists clients arrange financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings advising companies and organizations of all size on tax, employment, and real estate matters. Firm has over 150 attorneys in six offices.
