Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of litigation and bankruptcy experience. Experience drafting complaints and motions, conducting discovery, taking depositions, appearing in federal, state and bankruptcy courts, negotiating settlements, and corresponding with opposing counsel and clients. Experience in creditors? rights law preferred, including collateral repossession, the Uniform Commercial Code (Articles 2, 2A and 9 in particular), equipment leasing, and commercial finance law. Established in the 50's, this general practice firm based in the Mid-west focuses on three core areas of client service: Corporate, Labor and Employment and Litigation and has growing practice areas beyond. Over 250 attorneys in four offices.
