Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 2-6 years of with strategic alliances, joint ventures and licensing agreements in technology and/or life sciences related industries. This firm has more than 1,000 lawyers with offices in 11 cities in the United States, Europe and Asia. Their practices includes over 350 litigators with trial, appellate and Supreme Court experience; a regulatory practice with more than 100 lawyers coming from high-level government positions; an intellectual property practice with more than 120 attorneys and technology specialists; over 250 corporate transactional lawyers; and other lawyers who focus on bankruptcy, environmental, labor and employment, private client, real estate and tax matters.
