Position: Senior Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking a senior associate or counsel with 7-10 years of xperience representing corporates, lenders, suppliers and off takers in all aspects of development, acquisition and divestiture of energy, infrastructure, natural resources and petrochemicals and other manufacturing industry projects, with a particular focus on contract negotiations for construction, O&M, supply, offtake, power, transport, port and other commercial arrangements. This worldwide firm has been working with many of the world's leading corporations and financial institutions, governments and governmental organizations for more than 125 years. Firm now has a presence in global markets in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America as well as the US with over 1000 attorneys in 20 offices around the globe.
