Firm is seeking an associate with 2-6 years of experience representing sponsors, investors or lenders for its Energy & Infrastructure practice. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating documentation and performing due diligence in connection with the development, operation, financing, acquisition and sale of energy or infrastructure projects, including project financing agreements project documents (asset management agreements, offtake agreements, development agreements, service agreements, etc.).
