Description: Patent Prosecution/Chemistry/Virtual

Position: Associate

Notes: National firm is seeking to bring on a junior level (1-2 years out) Associate with a minimum, an MS in Chemistry or related discipline. Academics must be stellar. Work is all patent preparation and prosecution with the opportunity to work on offensive and defensive patent strategy development, patent opinion, and patent due diligence for partnering deals, venture financings, public offerings and mergers and acquisitions.

You'll be working directly with a Partner that provides patent counseling in support of products in all stages of development, from proof of concept to regulatory approval and product launch.

Firm is somewhat flexible on working remotely as long as they have an office in the resident location which should be within a one-hour time difference to Seattle.
