Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking a capital markets associate with 3-5 years of experience. Responsibilities include drafting disclosure, negotiating standard capital markets transaction documentation (underwriting agreements, indentures, etc.) and due diligence. NY bar required.

The firm has extensive litigation experience in regulatory, trial and appellate matters. Main practice areas include general and commercial litigation, regulatory and financial litigation, antitrust, white collar criminal defense, environmental, life sciences, patent and other intellectual property litigation, product liability and mass tort litigation, international commercial arbitration and dispute resolution, and international trade law.
