Position: Associate

Notes: Top firm is seeking an Associate with corporate/transactional skills to assist a Partner in his exceptional transactional practice. Situated in the western suburbs, there is the possibility of working in Philly some - if not all - of the time. A preferred 5-7 years' experience although they are flexible for the right candidate. The work will be assisting on deals revolving around software, technology, licensing, IP transactional. You will be the right hand of an exceptional lawyer and mentor. This position would allow someone to create a niche practice for themselves at a time when the subject matter is most relevant. The firm is willing to consider a general corporate attorney with sophisticated agreement experience with an interest in this practice area.
