Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 1-3 years of experience drafting wills and various trusts. The focus of the position will also include probate and administration of decedents' estates and trusts, post-mortem tax planning, preparation of federal and state estate tax returns, and issues relating to trust and estate litigation.
