Position: Senior Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking a senior associate for its food packaging team, to assist clients in establishing compliance with regulatory requirements for food packaging materials and food ingredients throughout the United States, European Union (EU), Asia and South America (MERCOSUR). Must have experience in assisting clients with Food Contact Notification (FCN) filings to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), advising clients on exemptions from the need for FDA premarket review, and advising clients regarding the status of food-contact materials under the EU Framework Regulation and the EU Plastics Regulation.
