Description: Trademark/IP Litigation Jr. Partner/OC

Position: Partner

Notes: Work will be centered around intellectual property, media, sports, entertainment, and gambling law. Expect to counsel news organizations, television networks, publishers, sports organizations, fashion houses, and others in licensing and IP protection. Litigate on behalf of a wide range of clients defending or asserting claims of copyright and trademark infringement.

Additionally work on litigating intellectual property matters, including trademark, trade dress, copyright, right of publicity, trade secret, misappropriation, false advertising, and patent cases. You will assist in the development and implementation of global branding and enforcement strategies advising clients on issues involving copyright, trade secrets, domain names, trade dress, advertising, and right of publicity.
