Notes: Cutting edge pharma company is seeking a Patent Counsel with 4-8 years of patent prosecution experience in the biological arts and a PhD in the life sciences (e.g. molecular biology, cell biology, biochemistry or related disciplines). Must have deep understanding of bioprocessing and biologics.

In this position you will be responsible for managing outside counsel; conduct patent landscape overviews, FTO, validity assessments re: company's pipeline products; manage domestic and foreign actions including IPR's.
