Notes: Growing firm is seeking a trademark partner with a book of business from $350K up. As the work can be done virtually, geography is of little concern. Lion's share of revenue goes to originating attorney while shared work realized enters into the overall equation as well. Firm has no billable requirements along with a congenial platform that works to the advantage of solution oriented attorneys.

Firm has a significant trademark litigation which may run 4 years and is worth $300K. Candidate must have opposition experience - be able to go to Federal Court and/or USPTO. Firm will bring another $100-150K in trademark work . Candidate is paid as a W2.
