Description: In-House Director - Intellectual Property

Position: Director

Notes: We are working along with another agency to assist a global, publicly held biotech company in a search for an IP Attorney to join an expanding law department in a Director level capacity. The position reports to the Senior Director, and calls for a a degree (preferably advanced degree) in the biological sciences and/or deep professional experience in biologics. In addition to facilitating domestic and foreign patent preparation and prosecution, you will handle a variety of IP related issues, including publication reviews, agreement negotiation and support, due diligence and managing IP litigation. Must have 5 years' experience in patent preparation and prosecution as well as IP due diligence analyses in the biologics space and uo to 12 years total in a firm or corporate setting.
