Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience in private credit/finance matters. Must have demonstrated lending experience (borrowers side exposure is a plus), and general experience with a variety of financing transactions, including cash flow and asset-based financings, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, restructurings and workouts. Full-service law firm with offices in the nation's largest centers of business, government, finance and technology and London. Firm has over 600 attorneys in more than 40 practice areas for a wide range of public and private companies from entrepreneurial, emerging-growth, and middle market firms to global Fortune 100 corporations as well as government entities and major universities, museums and other charitable and cultural organizations.
