Notes: Firm is seeking an associate 5-7 years of IP technology transactions experience. Specific experience includes: mergers & acquisitions where the target entities are IP and tech heavy; IP migrations and reorganizations; trademark, patent and technology licenses, such as software license and development agreements, joint development and R&D agreements, media-related agreements, and service provider agreements (including cloud and AI). Experience also can include telecommunications, supply chain and outsourcing agreements, and other agreements involving data, intellectual property, and technology.
