Firm is seeking an income tax associate with 3-5 years of experience working on corporate and partnership M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating tax provisions in transaction documents and researching, analyzing and resolving tax issues under Sub C of the Code and tax issues that arise in connection with M&A transactions.
