Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 4-6 years of experience counseling employers on various employment-related issues, including leave entitlement, wage and hour issues, hiring, terminations, discipline, handbook policies and procedures, employment agreements, and other matters affecting the employment relationship. Experience defending employers in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies, as well as experience handling multiple facets of a litigation, is required. Firm has more than 600 lawyers in a broad range of practices in 12 offices worldwide. Clients are in such diverse industries as hospitality, healthcare, financial services, media, energy, sports and technology.
