Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 2-5 years of preparing, filing, and prosecuting patent applications for software including operating systems, middleware software, directory servers, network management, virtualization and cloud computing. A degree in computer science or electrical engineering with work experience as a software developer is required. This NJ firm has over 275 attorneys that represent public and private companies, financial institutions, investors, entrepreneurs, universities, and private clients in corporate and litigation matters. Has a solid presence in NYC as well.
