Notes: Firm is seeking a counsel with 6-8 years of regulatory experience in environmental law. Actual experience with CERCLA, RCRA, CWA, CAA, TSCA, FIFRA and the state equivalents and/or involvement in any areas of EHS support including compliance, transactional and litigation is strongly preferred. This firm has approximately 400 lawyers in eight offices including one in Europe. Firm caters to a full spectrum of clients ranging from major public and private corporations to financial institutions, governments, nonprofit organizations, venture capitalists and individual entrepreneurs.
