Firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of employment law experience, including state and federal discrimination, traditional labor law and wage/hour law. Experience handling employment litigation in state and federal courts, and matters before the administrative agencies, including drafting pleadings and motions, handling discovery independently, preparation for and defense of depositions, and court appearances, is preferred.
