Description: Patent Litigation/Korean

Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of litigation or transaction experience and fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Korean. Position will focus on global representation of technology driven Korean companies in industries including electronics, semiconductors, computer science, artificial intelligence and/or life sciences as well as providing bi-lingual support on technology and IP aspects of corporate transactions or patent litigation. This firm has more than 2,000 attorneys in 30 offices worldwide) and has provided worldwide counsel to clients engaged in virtually every kind of business. The firm acts as principal outside counsel to more than half of the Fortune 500 companies as they serve privately held companies, financial institutions, investment firms, health care providers, retail chains, foundations, educational institutions, and individuals.
